me and lomi decided today that we are not very hard core anymore.
we never go out as much...even when we plan to go out like tonight it doesn't happen because we are too tired/can't be bothered/no money. Kind of thought town would be more busy and expensive due to gay pride day thingy so we are going to have a cheap night next week :)

worked out that my new neighbours are psychos...well not quite but they are slighly on the scary side. The scary australians moved out (the ones who converted an old school mini bus into a kind of mobile home!) and in their place came the owners of the house...they are the pro-vice chancellor of something but was only half listening so nodded and smiled politely. The women spoke to me when i was just coming home from work yesterday and i think she was drunk, she stood about 2cm from my face when she spoke and was holding a glass of champagne. The man i sort of met the other morning when i accidently woke up at 5am...went to get a drink and he was hanging out of the window opposite frantically waving at me...then i properly met him today when he was half in a skip outside the house, he asked me about giving his kids piano lessons as he'd heard me playing, pretended it had been my sister and told him to talk to her later hahaha.

had a ridiculous conversation with my mum today about cooking...she said that from when she starts teaching again in september she wants me and my sister to be cooking dinner in the evenings...most nights. This was a pointless conversation as
a) i get home from work later than anybody in my family by which point they have normally eaten already.
b) i cannot cook to save my life...really i am bad
c) i don't mind making my own food, like salad and pasta and stuff i can't get wrong, but i do not want to be responsible for food poisoning my family.
d) whenever my sister makes really nice food my mum is the only one who doesn't eat it.
e) i may not even be living at home next year depending on the whole uni thing.

she refused to accept these responses plus she started to get angry cos i kept laughing at her.
